Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment

Shipping is free throughout the USA. We ship worldwide and shipping rates will be applied to all international shipments.Β  Any additional charges for duties or taxes on international shipments is the responsibility of the customer. We do not ship to third party shipping centers.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday between 9:30am - 4:00pm. Shipping typically takes 3-6 business days to arrive. International shipments will take longer to be delivered as they go through a different process (customs and duties).

We try to ship out the order on the same day that it is placed, however if the order is placed after 3pm, it will only ship the next business day. Holidays may result in shipping delays or longer shipping times due to high demand of the postal service. Sales events may result in shipping delays due to high volume of orders.Β 

Sometimes the product runs out before the inventory is updated - this will result in a slight shipping delay. In this event we will reach out to let you know right away and make sure to fulfill the order asap.

All shipping fees paid to deliver the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error on your shipment or the goods arrived damaged. Β 

We kindly ask that you give 3-5 business days for this transaction to post to your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping and handling charges (except in cases of defective or damaged items).

3. Lost or Stolen Shipments

DecantX is not responsible for any shipments claimed to be lost or stolen after the time of delivery to the correct address listed for the shipment. We consider a shipment delivered once it has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. If you believe your shipment has been lost or stolen, we recommend that you contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund for an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at Sales@decantx.com within 5 days of the date of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
  3. Our Customer Support Team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) if necessary.
  4. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we have received the returned item(s).
