Mystery Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The Mystery Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of DecantX, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

• The giveaway is sponsored by DecantX. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and Reddit.

3. Entry Period

• The giveaway begins on September 20, 2024 and ends on September 25 at 11:59PM EST. Entries submitted after the entry period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must submit their email address through the provided link.
• Limit 1 entry per person. Entries must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided on the giveaway post or page.

5. Prizes

• One (1) winner will receive a Mystery Unisex Fragrance Box worth $100.
• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. DecantX reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on September 26th, 2024.
• The winner will be notified via email the same day of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, DecantX reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

7. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree to allow DecantX to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes across all platforms without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions

• DecantX reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond DecantX's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
• DecantX is not responsible for any issues or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or any combination thereof.

10. Limitation of Liability

• By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless DecantX, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.
